Community Outreach Representative

Experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, customer service, community engagement, or business development preferred.

Salary:

$55,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience.

Eligible for a

semi-annual performance bonus of up to $5,000 every six months

(up to $10,000 annually).

Mindify Wellness & Care

to expand our community presence throughout all of New Jersey.

This role serves as a key ambassador for Mindify, introducing our services to adult day care centers, physician offices, and community organizations, identifying referral opportunities, scheduling partnership meetings with leadership, and fostering long-term relationships through ongoing in-person engagement.
