Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Program Manager in the game industry or a closely related field.
Mastery experience with Jira.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine (4 or 5) and version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
A strong understanding of game development workflows, pipelines, and production challenges.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple teams and overlapping dependencies.
A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong follow-through and problem-solving instincts.
Compensation & Benefits
120,000
and $
150,000
per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
