Driver Onboarding & Training Manager - Dedicated Driver

Proven ability to build training programs from scratch; not just deliver existing content

Comfortable with technology and experience with learning management systems, Google Suite, and Salesforce a plus

$70K - $75K salary + bonus opportunity

Travel into the field (up to 25% of the time) to deliver in-person training, validate program effectiveness, and ensure standards are being met at the warehouse and customer level

Partner with Driver Ops Managers and the Revenue team on quality and performance initiatives
