Deep regional expertise in the Americas and transnational threats (Mexico, Venezuela, Cuba, Brazil, Andean Ridge/Southern Cone, and the Caribbean), including TOC, counternarcotics, threat finance, and DCIP analysis.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications).

Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).

Responsibilities

This Team Lead is designated key personnel and serves as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of American regional office.

The Team Lead is responsible for providing senior-level subject matter expertise on the Americas region, completing complicated or complex tasks independently, and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel assigned to the American regional office.

The Team Lead works directly for and supports the overall TO Program Manager (PM), coordinating the day-to-day execution of analytic and analytic-enabling support, ensuring the timely and high-quality production of intelligence products in accordance with applicable Directives, SOPs, and applicable tradecraft standards.

The Team Lead ensures that assigned personnel meet performance objectives, maintains effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, and serves as a primary technical point of contact for the American regional office.

The Team Lead supports staffing continuity and assists the PM in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk within American regional office.

Serve as the management and technical lead for all contractor personnel performing functions in support of the American regional office.
