Requirements

Experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Customer Onboarding, Implementation Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role

Experience supporting pre-sales, post-sales, or full customer lifecycle engagements

Ability to conduct structured discovery and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

Experience delivering onboarding programs, implementation projects, or workflow-based customer training

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to driving outcomes

Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and execution speed

Responsibilities

Partner with Agency Partners to support new business opportunities and account expansion by ensuring proposed solutions can be successfully activated and scaled

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, workflows, operational requirements, and implementation needs

Design and present solution recommendations, demos, and workflow walkthroughs for both technical and non-technical audiences

Validate platform setup, integrations, and implementation requirements to reduce onboarding friction and improve activation readiness

Own end-to-end onboarding execution for new customers and agency cohorts, from post-sale handoff through first live workflows

Configure and implement Smartly workflows, providing hands-on guidance and practical training to agency teams and customers
