UX Writer (USA Remote)

Proven experience writing and improving user-centred product content, including interface copy, guidance, onboarding, and other content that supports clear, usable product experiences

Ability to balance multiple project work tracks across different product surfaces

Demonstrated ability to transform data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations that directly influence product decisions

Experience working with CMSs such as Zendesk and creating structured content using HTML markup.

Experience in writing for and around AI powered products.

expected annual base salary range

for this position is:

$75,803/year

to

$126,338/year

You will collaborate closely with product and engineering partners as well as the cross-functional UX team.

The UX Writer will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.

They will write, review, and refine product content across the user experience, from interface copy and onboarding to product guidance.
