Senior Procurement Specialist (Foodservice)

✔ 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, commodity buying, or strategic sourcing experience

✔ Experience within foodservice distribution, broadline distribution, redistribution, wholesale food, grocery, protein, dairy, produce, frozen foods, or related industries

✔ Strong vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

✔ Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, category management, and supply chain operations

✔ Ability to analyze commodity markets and make data-driven purchasing decisions

Manage purchasing activities across a broad portfolio of foodservice products and commodities

Negotiate pricing, contracts, rebates, and supplier agreements to maximize value

Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners

Monitor inventory levels, purchasing trends, and demand forecasts

Analyze commodity markets and proactively identify opportunities and potential supply risks

Partner cross-functionally to maintain product availability while supporting customer needs
