Requirements
2–4 years of experience in partner programs, program operations, enablement, customer education, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
Experience supporting or executing programs for external audiences (partners, customers, agencies, or communities).
Experience working with agencies, freelancers, or professional services partners is a major plus
You’ll thrive as a Partner Program Manager if you:
Comfort working with metrics and dashboards to track program health and effectiveness.

Maintain program documentation, partner-facing resources, and internal playbooks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of use.
