Clinical Supervisor - Outpatient

Minimum of three years of clinical experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.

Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or clinical leadership role.

Provide direct clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to outpatient staff in both office and field-based settings, supporting the development of effective, evidence-based interventions.

Supervise and support staff in delivering culturally competent, strength-based, and person-centered services, ensuring individuals are actively involved in their treatment planning and care.

Oversee the completion of clinical assessments, authorizations, crisis plans, admissions, and ongoing symptom monitoring in accordance with agency and outpatient program requirements.

Ensure completion of all treatment plans.

Ensure that each individual is actively involved in their treatment planning process and their preferences are embraced.
