Responsibilities

Gusto is hiring a Social Media Manager to own organic social strategy and execution across our brand channels.

This role leads day-to-day content strategy, agency collaboration, and executive amplification, and is the operational backbone of the internal social team, working closely with the Head of Social, an Influencer Lead, and our social media agency of record.

Own organic social strategy and content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook, aligned to brand voice and content pillars.

Run the executive and founder social amplification program: partner with leadership on strategy, coordinate drafting and asset production, and manage publishing and engagement on executive accounts.

Serve as the primary day-to-day partner to our social creative and production agency of record, briefing campaigns, reviewing output against approved strategy, and approving content per our review framework.

Coordinate the organic-to-paid flywheel, working with performance marketing to identify organic content worth amplifying with paid spend.
