Responsibilities

The Nuclear Company is searching for a Director of Platform Integrations to own the full technical breadth of our platform — from the foundations of backend architecture and data pipelines to the frontier of AI agent development and LLM training.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a builder-leader who is equally comfortable whiteboarding a data ontology, reviewing a CI/CD pipeline, and shipping a unified front-end interface.

This role reports into the Head of NOS.

You will work on backend data and platform architecture, own CI/CD, front-end unified interface, application and data integrations, platform performance, platform maintenance, LLM training, Al agent development, data ontology, MCP design, and computational design.

You'll define how our systems talk to each other, how our data is structured and made useful, and how intelligence gets embedded into every layer of our platform. You'll lead a cross-functional team and work closely with product, data science, and domain experts in nuclear engineering to shape a platform that's fast, reliable, and genuinely cutting-edge.
