Staff Strategic Planning Specialist

: Ability to break down complex business problems, synthesize insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations aligned with Renesas’ growth priorities.

Comfort presenting to senior  partners, writing crisp summaries, and facilitating cross-functional alignment  across multiple functional teams

Proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with SQL and financial modeling is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive progress independently, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
