Experience working in high-end or custom residential environments
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, system layout, and sequencing
Journeyman or Master Plumbing License

Responsibilities
is seeking a Lead Install Plumber with strong experience in high-end residential construction, remodels, and complex retrofits.
This role is hands-on and project-focused, not service-based, and ideal for plumbers who take pride in craftsmanship, layout accuracy, and clean execution.
You’ll lead plumbing installations across rough-in, top-out, and final trim, often within existing homes and luxury remodels that require advanced problem-solving and attention to detail.
Lead plumbing installations for high-end residential remodels, custom homes, and selective commercial projects
Execute complex rough-ins, water and gas piping, vent systems, and final trim with a focus on finish quality
Perform plumbing retrofits and system tie-ins within existing structures
