Responsibilities
Design and implement AV systems for conference rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and event spaces.
Install and configure displays, projectors, LED walls, speakers, microphones, DSPs, cameras, and control systems.
Configure video conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex.
Provide support to operations and support teams, including root cause analysis, when conference room A/V issues arise
Basic programming and troubleshoot AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Shure, Evertz, or Biamp).
Install, terminate, test, and certify AV cabling (HDMI, CAT6, SDI, XLR).
