Requirements
10-12 years of experience in business development, partnerships or partner-facing roles, specifically within CTV and programmatic.
Extensive experience driving platform or data-driven integrations with external partners (API, server-to-server, etc.).
Operational Excellence: Comfortable representing iSpot externally with C-suite stakeholders while also "rolling up your sleeves" with P&E to solve technical hurdles.
Technical Fluency: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to integrations and measurement fidelity
Cross-functional Leadership: demonstrated ability to coordinate high-stakes projects across commercial teams working in tandem with Product & Engineering.
Strategic Command: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to run high-level meetings with key stakeholders, with a demonstrated ability to drive consensus and define clear paths forward.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Director of Platform Partnerships sits at the center of iSpot’s ecosystem. You will be the primary driver behind how iSpot integrates with the partners powering the CTV and programmatic landscape. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of commercial partnership leadership and the technical "know-how" to move complex integrations across the finish line.
Strategic Execution: Drive iSpot’s platform integration strategy across CTV and Programmatic platforms, managing the full lifecycle -- from initial discovery and scoping to implementation and market launch.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary owner for key platform partners. You’ll manage day-to-day collaboration while ensuring long-term tactical alignment with iSpot’s broader goals.
Technical Bridging: Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize and operationalize integrations that enhance measurement fidelity. You are the voice of the partner internally.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate timelines across internal teams to ensure seamless launches, identifying and mitigating technical or timeline risks before they stall a project.
Commercial Enablement: Translate complex partner capabilities into scalable solutions. Provide the Sales and Customer Success teams with the documentation and resources they need to position these integrations to clients.
