Operations Manager in Training

- Managers in training will earn $25.00/hour for the duration of the program.

Growth Path

- When the MIT program is completed, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Department Manager or Assistant General Manager - with paths to store leadership and beyond.

Scheduling

- MOM's stores are staffed between 4am and 11pm, 7 days a week. An expectation of this role is the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
