As a Returns, Loss and Abuse Associate Analyst, you will be pivotal in safeguarding our business from financial loss due to fraudulent activities and abuse. Your role will involve analyzing transaction patterns, identifying potential fraud indicators, and implementing strategies to mitigate risk. You will report to the fraud, loss and abuse specialist, and work closely with various departments, including marketing, promotions, and legal teams, to ensure comprehensive fraud prevention and detection.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will partner with the Fraud Loss and Abuse Specialist to build exception-based reporting defining and implementing risk mitigation and fraud detection on various projects throughout the business
