Staff C++ Software Engineer

An active TS/SCI clearance is required

8+ years of professional experience developing complex, production-ready software using Modern C++ (C++20 or C++23)

Advanced Architecture:

Advanced mastery of configuration management (CMake), profiling/diagnostic tooling (Perf, Valgrind, VTune), and building robust CI/CD pipelines

: Proven experience designing comprehensive automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and stress testing

Specialized Infrastructure:

System Architecture:

Lead the architectural design and structural planning of highly scalable, low-latency C++ systems

Technical Leadership

: Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and rigorous code review processes across the organization

Performance Engineering:

Spearhead critical optimization initiatives to maximize system throughput, memory efficiency, and hardware utilization
