Associate Principal Consultant - Solutions Consultant (SLED)

Bachelors in engineering, an MBA is preferred

8 + years of solution consulting, or pre-sales engineering, with a primary focus on US government clients.

In-depth knowledge of public sector procurement, compliance requirements, and solution delivery models for agencies at federal, state, and local levels.

Experience solving business-critical government challenges related to digital transformation, security, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and implementation oversight.

Excellent communication, public speaking, and team collaboration skills.

Salary Range:

$160,000 - $200,000 Gross (includes base + bonuses) depending on skills and years of experience + Standard Benefits

This role is dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing digital and operational business solutions that increase public value, drive efficiency, and foster innovation across government agencies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate consultative leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of US public sector priorities and constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with agency leaders and stakeholders to identify challenges in government service delivery, compliance, regulation, and operational efficiency.

Analyze business processes, regulatory requirements, and constituent needs unique to targeted federal, state, and local government agencies.

Identify solutions that address top public sector pain points, including digital transformation, legacy system modernization, government security mandates, compliance with procurement laws, and citizen service improvement.
