People Operations& Office Specialist

2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR administration, office management, or an HR Generalist role.

Curiosity about AI, automation, and new tools.

Working knowledge of Israeli labor law, payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.

Experience supporting a US entity alongside Israeli operations.

Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Make.

Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools.
