Roadside Technician - Momentum BMW/MINI

Prior experience in automotive maintenance or roadside assistance

Compensation (Hourly: Flat-Rate):

$20.00 - $50.00 + / hour

Based on experience, certifications, and skill level

Tenure Bonus Program*:

Starting at 6 months, earn up to $3.50/hour on every flat-rate hour turned

Bonus increases with tenure and is paid annually

This role supports vehicle safety and reliability through quick service maintenance, inspections, and on-site roadside support as needed.

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs

Conduct tire inspections, air pressure checks, and minor tire repairs or changes

Respond to roadside service calls and provide on-site assistance such as jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and battery testing

Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify potential mechanical or safety concerns
