Responsibilities
As Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, you are a dynamic individual contributor who brings elite transactional training — from Cravath, Kirkland & Ellis, Wachtell, Sullivan & Cromwell, or a comparable white shoe firm — and significant experience advising public companies on complex M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and other strategic transactions, as well as securities reporting and corporate governance requirements.
Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you will assist the CLO in managing outside counsel, personally overseeing certain key corporate initiatives, and ensuring all M&A activities align with legal requirements and support the company's strategic objectives.
You will advise and collaborate with Axon's Board of Directors, C-Suite, Corporate Development Team, and SEC & Financial Reporting Team.
