Responsibilities

This individual will develop, maintain and grow customer relationships through acquisition for the Data Sales & Insights business.  Meet and exceed data sales goals by providing superior solutions for Ingram customers with metadata.  Achieve Ingram data collection targets in collaboration with the team.  With the Manager, Data Sales & Insights, negotiate and barter as needed to support the health of Data Services while also achieving data collection goals.  Support the growth of the Covered business and provide onboarding and product support as needed.

Negotiate with vendors to secure re-seller terms that are profitable and strategic for Ingram and appealing to vendors and customers.  Work with new and existing metadata clients to consult and up-sell product features and services.

Create and maintain pipeline of new customers.

Providing comprehensive services for publishers, retailers, libraries, and educators, Ingram makes these services seamless and accessible through technology, innovation, and creativity.
