Requirements

Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

Maintain a working knowledge of current trends in community mental health, including health care reform and automation of job tasks using computer technology.

Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practices

Demonstrated experience working with youth with complex mental health needs.

Demonstrated experience providing direct service to individuals living in poverty with complex needs.

Demonstrated experience working with partner agencies toward a shared goal.

Responsibilities

\u2022 Provide clinical supervision through consultation and direct supervision to therapists, discharge planners, and peer supports; support delivery of individual, family, and group

\u2022 Coach staff to ensure services align with Acute Services treatment philosophy and values.

\u2022 Provide on-site clinical support and coordinate staff coverage to maintain safe unit operations.

\u2022 Assist with resource management, case assignments, treatment plan approvals, authorizations, and caseload management.
