Senior Vice President, Strategy - Biotech

8+ years of experience in an agency environment and client-facing roles (e.g., Strategy Lead), working on books of business of $7 – 10 million+ in the areas of medical affairs, publications and promotional medical education.

At least 5+ years in the biotech sector specifically, with knowledge of varied platforms and technologies as well as the nuances of biotech vs pharma in pre-clinical and early clinical phases

Proven track record of leading teams with a focus on management, coaching, scaling, and developing new strategic initiatives.

Proven ability to upsell and expand client portfolios.

$210,000-$235,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and biotech-experienced SVP, Biotech Strategist to drive our strategic offering for emerging biopharma clients, including being a trusted voice and partner to C-suite clients, generating frameworks and templates for efforts including strategic and engagement planning, designing and leading workshops, writing compelling creative briefs based on deep patient and HCP insights, and helping to drive new business efforts.

Partner closely with Client Services, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape and activate integrated strategies that support biotech clients across every stage of development.
