Plan and manage the production process(equipment & personnel) during the shift within the area of responsibility

Ensures On Time In Full execution of production orders to the correct Customer Specific Requirements and LEONI work instructions

Achievement of shift targets with regular follow up during the shift (Quantity/quality / RFT/ Efficiency etc) and launch corrective actions for any deviations, using the required tools & methods (Kosu/8D/ PDCA QRQC etc)

Recording / checking data in shift handover meeting / book)

Ensures all visulisation within scope of control is maintained and updated

quality issues/ assembly issues/ plan deviations/ scrap/ missing material etc)
