Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prior high-volume recruiting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Working knowledge of the marine and/or transportation/logistics industry and the roles being recruited
Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements as they relate to recruiting and hiring
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities
Ingram Marine Group
is looking for a
Recruiter
in the
Granite City, IL
area. This person will be responsible for terminal and production recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates; screening and interviewing applicants; and making hiring decisions autonomously or in conjunction with the hiring manager for certain positions. The role also builds and maintains local relationships with schools, workforce organizations, and community partners to develop sustainable talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
