Requirements
2+ years of handyman / craftsman experience.
Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
HVAC/R: 3 years + (Preferred)
Commercial Maintenance: 3 years + (Required)
General Handyman Experience: 3 years + (Required)

Responsibilities
Perform repairs and refurbishments in multiple local facilities, including but not limited to
Shelving + wall-mounted equipment
Exteriors (roofs, gutters, landscape)
Perform basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
