Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $180,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
iCapital is seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Assistant Vice President or Vice President to support Executive Governance and serve as a Chief of Staff-style partner to senior leadership, supporting the firm’s Management Committee and Operating Committee.
This role is pivotal in enabling disciplined executive decision-making, operational excellence, and strategic execution across iCapital.
Operating at the intersection of strategy, analysis, and execution, this role partners closely with senior executives to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives.
Support Pricing and New Activities Committee through agenda planning, governance oversight, and actionable recommendations.
Deliver data-driven insights and strategic analyses that inform executive decision-making and operational performance.
Oversee executive communications, including executive reading, dashboards, meeting calendars, weekly agendas, CEO updates, and special updates.
