Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in sales, including end-to-end prospecting
Prior experience selling through multiple channels: phone, email, chat, or in person
Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM
Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape
Prior experience in automotive, hospitality, customer service, or consultant preferred
Strong storytelling, listening, and customer relationship skills (empathy, communication, integrity, and high-quality question-asking)
Responsibilities
Manage a full sales-cycle from prospecting through sales activation in geographies that are unserved Lucid markets
Will follow up on leads in a designated market area from various channels such as corporate marketing events (i.e.
pop-ups), social media, newsletters, or sales concierge
Use a consultative sales approach to influence customer purchase by understanding Lucid products and processes while also developing strong business acumen
Needs Assessment: Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning.
Product Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Lucid products to offer tailored solutions.
