Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in automotive production, with expertise in achieving stable production processes and in-depth knowledge of production equipment and operations.

Bachelor's Degree. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Knowledge of SAP PM_ Plant Maintenance Preferred

Experience with 3D printing, and CAD model preferred

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $95,000.00 - $120,000.00
