IT Product Manager

Ability to act as a central point of contact responsible for all products considered enterprise-level collaboration, business intelligence or equivalent systems as assigned to the team

7+ years of product management experience; Ideally managing at least one product through an entire development cycle starting from concept to launch

Results driven "get It done" personality, able to balance multiple projects as second nature

Disciplined organization and project management skills, with acute attention to detail and an ability to asl< the questions nobody else has asked

Proven analytical skills and a superior ability to use data in order to drive decision-making and feature prioritization

Experience managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in a methodical and structured way

Senior Management position responsible for introducing, managing and evolving enterprise suite of products that provide a foundation for collaboration and information presentation. Coordinates with vendors and internal customers to provide project coordination, installation, support & testing, reporting, and other support as needed.

Provide guidance and leadership to all levels of staff as required.

Assign personnel to projects and assignments, directing priorities to ensure the timely completion of them,

Develops and designs support operations and processes.

Actively participates in management and leadership meetings.

Approves design solutions/tested methodologies and ensures that appropriate documentation Is prepared.
