Requirements
Participate in equipment upgrades and process improvement projects.
Support decommissions and recommissioning of existing of new machinery for production.
Source parts, drive and pick up as required.
Perform building maintenance tasks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of machine shop and tools, to ensure an efficiently run department.

Responsibilities
The Industrial Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment used in manufacturing and production environments. This role ensures equipment reliability, reduces downtime, and supports safe, efficient plant operations. Millwright uses advanced mechanical skills, precision tools, and technical schematics to inspect, assemble, align, and optimize industrial systems.
Responsible for conducting routine and preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment performance and efficiency.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on all equipment, at both Albarrie facilities.
Dismantle machines, replace defective parts, clean and calibrate prior to reassembly and operational testing.
Operate machine tools such as grinders and welders to fabricate parts required during maintenance projects.
