This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

The Controlling Senior Specialist will serve as a key Finance Business Partner to multiple corporate-side departments within Scout Motors.

This role is responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for its assigned cost centers and be a key team member in the defining of internal financial processes, systems, and controls.
