Maintenance Engineer II - Limelight Boulder

Education & Experience Requirements

•    High School Diploma or equivalent required

•    4 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) electrical and/or plumbing preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•    Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry

•    Ability to work some weekends and holidays

Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand or be on your feet, kneel and bend for extended periods of time

•    Regularly work in adverse conditions and required to use protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials as well as an office environment and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

•    Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Position Summary

The Maintenance Engineer II responds to and completes all general maintenance requests for room calls, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, physical plant, and exterior areas of the property. This position reports to the Director of Engineering.

The budgeted pay range for this position is $23.50 to $28.20 per hour, actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.
