Requirements
Education & Credentials:
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Practical Nursing
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Current BCLS/HCP certification

Certificate in International Interprofessional Wound Care (IIWCC), preferred

Registered Nurse/Registered Practical Nurse,
you’ll provide quality and compassionate wound care/continence care to individuals in their homes. Our team of Nurses are dedicated to making a difference where it matters most: at home.
