Requirements
You place the needs of patients and customers at the center of all activities and decisions
Experience in a sales leadership role with responsibility for strategy and implementation โ ideally in the field of cardiology or another specialist area
Strong focus on sales excellence, performance optimization, and maximizing the success of the entire Cardio Sales Force
Experience in building and recruiting sales teams
High competence in dealing with digital media.
Very good understanding of an omnichannel sales approach and data-driven work.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the development and implementation of the sales strategy in the cardio field with a focus on cardiologists, lipidologists, and (outpatient) clinics
Analysis of market and competitor data.
Derivation of the national sales strategy and framework conditions for regional strategies and omnichannel concepts to achieve goals
Setting strategic and operational priorities and corresponding strategic resource planning
Responsibility for the development and implementation of customer-centered customer journeys across all available channels (online and offline).
Management of implementation in the regions in coordination with the regional managers
