Responsibilities

Senior Revenue Operations Manager, GTME

to join our Revenue Operations team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing the Digital Customer Success program, and supporting our Onboarding / Customer Success teams by designing, implementing, and managing best-in-class operational processes.

Your focus will be on driving effectiveness, productivity, and scalable growth strategies across the post-sales organization.

As a key partner to revenue-driving teams, you will take ownership of critical systems and workflows, champion process excellence, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s go-to-market execution.

This role is ideal for a proactive, data-driven operations professional with experience in fast-paced, product-led, high-growth environments.
