Requirements

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (bioinformatics, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or similar).

Minimum of 2-3 years of post-graduate experience in a data science and/or bioinformatics role.

Desirable, but not required:

Prior experience analyzing or modeling DNA methylation data.

Experience using Python for scientific data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve analysis pipelines for diagnostic tests, including detection of cancer-associated variants or methylation patterns and implementation of evidence-based quality control thresholds.

Leverage accurate statistical or probabilistic models to build the next round of algorithms and products.

Move products through the full development process, from research through commercial launch.

Help design and interpret molecular biology experiments.

Contribute to our intellectual property portfolio.

Drive rigorous data analysis efforts and support group efforts in the production of high-quality documentation.
