Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience in the tech industry, ideally within an MSP environment, who thrives on connecting with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the primary liaison for one of our largest clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Build Trust: Maintain strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints.

Strategic Influence: Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Support) to align services with client goals and SLAs.

Drive Growth: Develop and implement account strategies, negotiate service enhancements, and make recommendations that impact client success and company revenue.
