Requirements

3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.

Advanced proficiency in Liquid code for dynamic email content, including the ability to build and maintain scalable, reusable email modules.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Customer.io (or similar marketing automation platforms); proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to own projects end to end — from scoping and execution to delivery — with minimal oversight, in a lite-agile environment with regular check-ins and feedback.

4+ experience using marketing automation and CRMs (Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

The Sr Marketing Operations Specialist is a marketing professional who will play a vital role in supporting and optimizing our marketing technology stack, executing campaigns, maintaining data hygiene, and ensuring smooth operational alignment across the marketing function.

As a key member of Engine's Marketing Operations team (under the Revenue Operations division), you will partner closely with marketing, sales, and the rest of the revenue operations team to drive exceptional execution of growth initiatives and pipeline growth.

Campaign Operations:

Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, and events using our marketing automation platform (Customer.io).

This includes building and coding emails using HTML and Liquid code.

Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of marketing data within Salesforce and Customer.io; manage lead capture, enrichment workflows, and routing using Clay and Cargo.
