Requirements
10+ years of experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments.
6+ years of experience in patient services, field reimbursement, nurse case management, patient education, or related functions.
Strong understanding of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, prior authorization, and appeals for HCP‑administered therapies.
Experience supporting specialty and/or rare disease therapies; launch experience preferred.
Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable execution through people, processes, and metrics.

Responsibilities
Leads, coaches, and develops a regional team of field‑based Nurse Case Managers, fostering a high‑performing, patient‑centric culture.
Sets regional standards, priorities, and expectations for patient access and education delivery.
Owns regional execution of Dyne’s patient access and education strategy across the full patient journey, from onboarding through ongoing therapy support.
Establishes and optimizes regional processes for coverage determination, prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement navigation, and therapy initiation.
Ensures effective education and coordination models for infusion providers and infusion nurses supporting Dyne therapies.
Serves as the regional escalation leader for complex patient access challenges, driving timely, patient‑focused resolution of barriers to therapy.
