Requirements
Licensed Journeyperson (313A Refrigeration & A/C Systems Mechanic) with a Gas Fitter 1 license, or a University degree/ College Diploma holder in a related field (i.e. Business, Engineering, CET)
A minimum of 3 - 5 years related industry experience (industrial, commercial, institutional) is required, with previous supervisory experience considered an asset.
Proficiency with MS Project, MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Solid knowledge of government regulations and industry practices (i.e. OHSA, codes, etc.)
Ability to read blue prints, estimating experience considered an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to problem solve

Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service department
Planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget
Completing quotes for upcoming work and supporting the sales team
Maintaining excellent customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees
Overseeing quality control and ensuring regulatory compliance
Supervising, motivating and coaching field technicians and contractors
