Responsibilities
The Vice President, Program Management Office, is the enterprise owner of how we choose, fund, and execute our most important work.
This leader builds the connective tissue between strategy, investment, and execution, ensuring every major initiative is aligned to our OKRs, resourced appropriately, and delivered with enterprise-grade rigor.
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner closely with C-level and functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Customer, Finance, and People.
Partner with the CEO, COO, CFO, and executive team to translate strategy into a sequenced, resourced portfolio of initiatives.
Build and maintain executive-ready reporting on portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and realized/expected outcomes.
Design and run governance forums (e.g., portfolio councils, steering committees, quarterly business reviews) that drive decisions, not just updates.
