Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00

You will help make the experience of onboarding and learning something people can access, understand, trust, and use.
As the LMS & Employee Onboarding Specialist at Scout Motors, you will serve as a key operational partner for the learning and onboarding experience for the Blythewood Plant and Columbia Office.
You will help ensure employees are onboarded effectively, learning data is accurate, compliance requirements are supported, training records are maintained, and the SuccessFactors learning ecosystem operates smoothly and reliably.
This role is expected to operate at the Specialist level: applying a full understanding of LMS administration, onboarding coordination, learning operations, and training recordkeeping; evaluating identifiable factors; adapting existing approaches; resolving a wide range of issues creatively; and engaging the manager at critical points for review, escalation, and alignment.
Learning Management System Administration
Administer user records, learning assignments, assignment profiles, curricula, items, learning audiences, groups, and course structures within SuccessFactors LMS.
