Serial software acquirer (corp dev or origination)
Origination at a VC, PE, or investment banking shop
Expert network firm (AlphaSense, Guidepoint, Coleman Research, AlphaSights, GLG)

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
Collaborate with the Head of M&A and senior leadership to define and execute origination strategy aligned with platform growth objectives
Establish and monitor annual financial and operational metrics for the origination function
Identify high-conviction investment verticals and continuously refine our acquisition thesis
Spearhead AI-centric sourcing initiatives, including both existing pipeline development and greenfield opportunity identification
Codify best practices and implement scalable processes that consistently generate exceptional deal flow
