Residential Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, psychology or related field

Two (2) years of experience in caring for persons with developmental or physical challenges

One (1) year of supervisory experience

Valid driver's license required

Must be able to pass extensive background check

Evergreen Center is seeking a bright and energetic Residential Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one of our group homes in the Residential Treatment program. Responsibilities include the coordination of activity and staffing schedules, maintaining appropriate documentation of student and staff performance, monitoring all health, safety, and medical issues and procedures and the supervision of Instructors in the implementation of daily instruction, data-collection and instructional activities consistent with the students' Individual Education Plans and Individual Services Plans. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
