Bartender - Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale, high-volume, or fine dining restaurant.

Strong wine, spirit, and cocktail knowledge including varietals, vintages, ingredients, garnishes, and service techniques.

Working knowledge of bar equipment.

Knowledge of education in Mixology.

Ability to confidently describe menu items and make informed recommendations and pairings.

Experience with POS systems (micros preferred)

The Bartender at Zero Bond Las Vegas is responsible for delivering an elevated and personalized bar experience that aligns with Zero bond service standards.

This role involves engaging members with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while maintaining a pristine and organized bar environment.

Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting and elevated bar experience.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members & guests in accordance with Zero Bond’s specifications and service standards.

Responsible for taking food/beverage orders and carrying out wine/beverage service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service, including proper rotation and restocking of products and supplies.
