Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems.
Manage core infrastructure services including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS-related support, and endpoint/server configuration tools.
Support virtualization environments, including VMware vSphere or similar platforms.
Perform system patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management for EUDs and Servers.
Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to automate administrative tasks.
Support server hardware lifecycle activities, including rack installation, blade/server replacement, component upgrades, disk replacement, RAM upgrades, PCIe card installation, and related maintenance.
