Requirements

Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.

Access to a stable internet connection for hybrid or remote work.

Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings, when required.

Willingness and ability to support TR Canada operations, exercises, and deployments as required.

Approximately 15% travel within Canada and potentially the United States, including overnight travel.

Must be comfortable working in austere or disaster-affected environments when required.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000-$75,000

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a corporate partnership strategy that generates unrestricted revenue, sponsorships, in-kind support, and long-term organizational relationships.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners through disciplined prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, recognition, stewardship, and renewal.

Lead the planning and delivery of Corporate Service Days, creating meaningful experiences that connect corporate partners and their employees to TR Canada’s mission.

Develop sponsorship packages, partnership proposals, activation plans, and tailored engagement opportunities aligned with partner objectives and TR Canada’s priorities.

Lead or support the planning, execution, and evaluation of national fundraising events, community events, conferences, and other TR Canada-hosted activities.

Track partnership and event activity in the organization’s customer relationship management system, maintaining accurate records, revenue projections, engagement histories, and follow-up actions.
